HomeSpace Contracting takes great pride in, and strives to provide our customers with professional and superior service at all times. We operate under the following principles.

1. All calls or inquiries will be returned in a timely fashion.

2. We will be on time every time. If for some reason we can’t, you will be informed.

3. We will carefully listen to your needs and work with you to come up with the best possible solutions.

4. All estimates will be detailed and clearly list out the work to be done and materials to be used for the quoted price. It will also clearly state terms and conditions. If for some reason something arises beyond the scope of the estimate, Home Space Contracting will notify you and if necessary provide a separate quote.

5. Honest sales and marketing. We will not try to up-sale or add things you don’t need. Since our work and products are custom, and therefore the pricing is not fixed, we will not advertise using phony discounts or specials. We will however give the best price possible for the best product possible.

6. The quoted price is what you pay. There will be no extras or surprise charges.

7. Home Space Contracting and any labour or trades used, will have proper licensing, insurance, and WCB. If requested, we will be happy to provide you with a copy.

8. The customer will be kept informed of progress, scheduling, and any changes.

9. Jobs sites will be kept clean and all safety precautions taken.

10. Final invoicing is not due until the job is signed off and you are 100% satisfied.
