Renovation and restorations are unlike new construction. Having the ability to properly tie in the old with the new, and dealing with the surprises along the way, is crucial. The secret to success is through careful planning, bringing in the right people for the job, and using the right products and installation techniques.

We will sit down with you and carefully listen to your needs and requirements. We’ll do the research and provide you with the best possible solutions. A detailed quotation will provided outlining the scope of the job, work to be done, materials to be used, pricing, terms, and all requirements. There will never be any extras or surprise charges on the final invoice.

Good contractors know that with any renovation things are bound to come up and will plan for them. This should be reflected in the quote. Careful initial inspection, proper planning, and experience will help to minimize these surprises. If for some reason something does come up that is outside the scope of the quotation, we will notify you and if necessary provide you with a separate quote specifically addressing the issue. On approval of the quotation, you will be provided with a job schedule which includes but is not limited to approval times, delivery times and trade schedules. No job is done or a final invoice provided until you’re completely satisfied. All work is guaranteed and we always follow up.
